Child care committee

The child care provider licensing committee, in concurrence with the Division of Licensing and Background Checks (DLBC), makes rules to govern regulated child care programs.

The committee holds regularly scheduled meetings which are open to the public. These meetings take place in January, March, May, July, September, and November on the second Thursday of the month. Meetings are conducted virtually. A physical location is available for those who would prefer to attend in person (195 N 1950 W Salt Lake City, UT 84116).
