Child care committee

The child care provider licensing committee, in concurrence with the department, makes rules that govern center-based and residential child care as necessary to protect qualifying children's common needs for a safe and healthy environment. This committee meets every 2 months on the second Thursday of the month. Meetings are conducted over Zoom with a physical location available (195 N 1950 W Salt Lake City, UT 84116). Meetings are open to the public.
