Health facilities committee

The health facility committee, in concurrence with the Division of Licensing and Background Checks (DLBC), makes rules to govern regulated health facility programs.

The committee holds regularly scheduled meetings which are open to the public. These meetings take place in February, May, September, and November on the second Wednesday of the month. Meetings are conducted virtually. A physical location is available for those who would prefer to attend in person (195 N 1950 W Salt Lake City, UT 84116).
